To support their mission, I partnered with East West Aircrafters to build a dedicated Parts Sales Page. This platform provides customers with a centralized, seamless marketplace to browse and purchase parts specifically for small to mid-size airplanes.

East West Aircrafters is a global leader in high-performance aircraft parts. But their legacy catalog was holding back their AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support. This is a redesign focusing on speed, trust, and frictionless search.
Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations cost airlines $10,000+ an hour. Mechanics don't have time for bad UX.
When a plane is grounded missing a critical part, purchasing managers are frantic. They need to know immediately if a supplier has the exact FAA/EASA certified part in stock, and how fast it can be deployed.
The previous East West Aircrafters website buried their vast inventory behind clunky PDF catalogs and contact forms. The redesign needed to front-load trust, certifications, and a blazing fast search index right on the homepage.
Opaque Catalog
Users were forced to scroll through corporate jargon instead of immediately entering their needed Part Numbers (PN).
AOG Urgency
There was no clear pathway for emergency shipments. 24/7 support lines were hidden in the footer.
Trust & Certification
In aviation, non-certified parts are useless. The site needed to boast FAA & EASA compliance upfront to prevent bounces.
